Terms forFlower preservation

1 Terms & Policies

A. Freshness & flower condition

  • Fresh flowers preserve best. Please deliver your flowers as soon as possible after the event, following our care instructions.
  • Flowers naturally change during drying and casting. Colors may darken, lighten, or shift (for example, red roses may turn deep burgundy and white flowers may turn cream or yellow). Translucent "bruising" spots can appear on petals once resin is applied, caused by moisture loss or pre-existing damage.

B. Nature of resin art

  • Every keepsake is handmade. Minor imperfections such as small air bubbles, slight micro-shading, or faint layer lines are normal and inherent to hand-poured resin.
  • Resin may yellow slightly over time with UV exposure. We use high-quality UV-resistant resin to minimize this, but pieces should still be kept away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.

2 Payment & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order.
  • The remaining balance is payable within 1 to 2 months and must be fully settled before final delivery or shipping.
  • Because of the custom and perishable nature of flower preservation, orders cannot be canceled once the drying process has begun.

3 Timeline & Lead Time

  • The standard lead time for completion is 2 months (approximately 8 weeks) from the date your flowers are received.
  • You will be notified by email or phone once your order is ready for pickup or shipping.

4 Process Breakdown

  1. Drying phase (3 to 4 weeks). Flowers are fully dehydrated using professional drying techniques to prevent mold and rot inside the resin.
  2. Design & pouring phase (2 to 3 weeks). Resin is poured in thin, precise layers, allowing proper cure time between each layer.
  3. Finishing phase (1 to 2 weeks). Sanding, polishing, top-coating, and a final quality check.
